Heeeey!!  I thought I’d do a re-cap of my  hair for 2011 since I didn’t post most of these throughout the year. My hesitation was mostly due to the fact that I do not do “styles” . I’m pretty simple, wash and go’s  ( first collage), twists, and twist outs. Those have been  my staple “styles”. Looking to take some more risks in 2012.. so stay tuned!!

It’s funny looking back and seeing what worked and what didn’t. There is one collage in particular where you see the expression on my face that clearly says, “what in the world?” It’s ok, we are not perfect and neither is our hair. I’ve had a lot of days where I just had to ask myself, ” what were you thinking with that one? ” Natural hair, or hair in general, embracing it, good and bad days,  is part of the journey. I’m gonna continue to enjoy it.
